About the Empowered Communities Initiative
The Empowered Communities Initiative is designed to create modern-day villages guided by a Community Covenant and built upon the principles of unity, accountability, excellence, and collective advancement.
Through innovative, culture-based social models, we aim to cultivate thriving neighborhoods, build generational wealth, create institutions that uplift our people, and empower communities to flourish across finance, entrepreneurship, education, health, and land stewardship.
Intentional Communities
Intentional communities are groups of individuals and families who choose to live, collaborate, and grow together around shared values, mutual support, and collective responsibility. These communities foster stronger relationships, economic cooperation, and a greater sense of belonging.
Community Covenant
The Community Covenant serves as the foundation of the Empowered Village model. It outlines the shared values, expectations, and commitments that guide how members engage with one another and work together toward common goals.
Village Model
The Empowered Village Model combines community, culture, economics, and shared purpose to create sustainable environments where residents can thrive together while building long-term prosperity.
Phase One: Virtual VillageVillage Model
The first phase establishes a Virtual Village that allows participants to:
